This year, I’m reflecting on 33 years of running —


33 years of chasing sunrises, clearing my mind, and collecting miles one step at a time.


What began as a simple joy in childhood has become a lifelong companion — a space where I find freedom, resilience, and clarity.


Through every season of life, running has been my reset button, my therapy, and my quiet celebration of movement and possibility.


Here’s to the roads, the trails, and the endless miles still to come!
